Ramirez Jersey be fit Capello is expected to go with a five man midfield, pushing captain Steven Gerrard into a more forward position behind Wayne Rooney leaving Frank Lampard and Michael Carrick in the centre. Meanwhile Aaron Lennon and Joe Cole are expected to get the nod in the wide positions with the only other question being over who will start in goal. Despite his problems in the past David James remains favourite for that role, although Robert Green will be pushing him hard for the No. 1 shirt.Robert Green will be hoping to start against the USA on Saturday.So after months of build up and hype the wait will finally be over on Saturday night but will England be celebrating? Looking back at recent tournaments you would expect no more then a draw from the Three Lions but after a near perfect qualifying campaign I expect England to kick off in style with a 2-1 win!
